well, in fact it is a tissue, the blood is real blood, it is my blood. I was working at the restaurant and suddenly my nose was bleeding, when I saw the result of the wiping I saw something, which is in my eyes kind of artistic,
of course it has a personal meaning to me, but actually I'm not the one to tell you, what I think, it is better if you make up your own mind, it has no general meaning, it just counts, what it does to you when you look at it,
if I look at the towel, I think of bloody tears, which means, as the description says it, that sadness can hurt, that it can even kill you, and it just fits perfect to the current mood, I am on

so, thanks for spending some time with my little art and a slightly belated Welcome To Deviant Art!
